The PI Giulia Lombardi on the 8th of May 2026 participated in the Research Methods in Terminology Online Workshop, organized by the Hungarian Association of Applied Linguists and Language Teachers (MANYE) together with AILA Europe. During the workshop, she presented her research entitled “A hybrid method for identifying prefixed terminology in legal corpora: evidence from the AttiChiari Corpus.” The presentation focused on methodological approaches for the analysis of legal terminology and illustrated how corpus-based and hybrid linguistic techniques can contribute to the identification and study of specialized lexical patterns in legal discourse. The workshop brought together international scholars working in terminology, applied linguistics, and language technologies, creating an important space for interdisciplinary exchange and discussion
